plastec Gypsum Light Weight Block consists of high grade Alpha gypsum, alkaline resistance glass-fibres sand aggregate and approved silicon additive for moisture resistance properties. Using the German Advance Technology, the process of moulding the Gypsum Blocks are done by 'Injection Method', which is done under stringent control to ensure excellent quality and consistency. Gypsum Light Weight Block have two smooth surfaces and each block is moluded with tongue and groove at all sides, to enable them to be fitted perfectly together during assembly. Blocks are light, simple and faster to build and provides a quality smooth finsihing without the need of sand plastering. Its durability, robustility and rigidity is proven after all the stringent test accordance to British Standard.

Fire Resistance
plastec Gypsum Block achieved a fire rating of 4 hours under fire resistance test Bristish Standard 476 Part 22 : 1987
Also non-combustible tested in accordance with Bristish Standard 476 Part 4 : 1970.

Light Weight
Gypsum Blocks weights only 16kg per block which is 64kg/m² for a 100mm thick wall. This is an advantage in high rise building and A&A building as Architects/ Enginneers as plastec Gypsum Block Wall is much lighter than conventional masonry wall.

Moisture Resistance
plastec Gypsum (Hydro) Block bluish in colour has a very low water absorption capacity at a movement of 5% after 2 hours of total immersion in the water. It can be use in wet areas and high humidity areas.

Strength & Robustness
